How to make... Blueberry and Hazelnut Muffins!

 

High Protein, Sugar Free, Gluten Free, Dairy Free

 

These Blueberry Almond and Hazelnut muffins are suitable even for those with Diabetes, High Blood pressure, Celiac, Cancer, Weight loss, Immunity issues, and those on a High protein Diets (contains Eggs) and or a Heart health diet.

 

The muffins are - Gluten Free, sugar free, dairy free and are a high protein delicious snack!

Makes 12

 

Ingredients:

¾ cup of almond flour

¾ cup of hazelnut flour

1 tablespoon baking powder (Raising Powder) Aluminium free

2 eggs

½ Cup Organic soy milk ensure this is sugar free (or you can use Organic Milk instead)

1 ½  teaspoons vanilla extract

1 teaspoon fresh lime Juice

½ cup of frozen blueberries
